黄迪惠副教授简介

黄迪惠,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,福建省科技厅科技特派员。本科毕业于华中农业大学食品科技学院食品科学与工程专业,硕士毕业于华中农业大学食品科技学院农产品加工与贮藏专业,博士毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院分析化学专业。现任食品与生物工程学院食品科学与工程专业主任。

主要研究方向涉及食品加工、天然产物研究、食品安全以及软塑包装污染迁移物电化学检测。工作以来,先后主持福建省中青年教师教育科研项目1项和福建省科技厅自然科学基金项目2项,并且作为参与人员申请福建省省科技厅自然科学基金4项,主持企业横向项目3项,近三年以来,在各个期刊发表文章近20篇,其中SCI4篇,EI一篇。

主要承担《食品化学》、《食品安全学》、《食品毒理学》、《食品酶学》、《仪器分析实验》、《食品化学实验》等课程,带本科生参加各类学科竞赛,获奖数次。
