黄学敏,男,安徽安庆人,中共党员,博士研究生,讲师,现任烹饪与营养教育(师范)专业主任。主要研究方向:食品安全分析、精准医学分析、环境分析。

教学简介
承担福建技术师范学院食品与生物工程学院《物理化学》、《物理化学实验》、《食品分析》、《食品分析实验》、《无机及分析化学》、《无机及分析化学实验》、《饮食消费者行为学》等课程教学,配合学院的教学实践工作。
科研简介
2023年被认定为福建省高层次C类人才、福州市第一层次人才。近年来主要从事纳米医药及纳米生物传感方面的研究工作,在疾病标志物检测、食品安全分析、环境监测等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的研究,并取得了一系列研究成果,已在国内外重要刊物上发表论文10余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文7篇,包括Biosensors and Bioelectronics(IF=12.6,TOP)、Analytica Chimica Acta(IF=6.2,TOP)、Talanta(IF=6.1,TOP)、Microchimica Acta(IF=5.7)等权威刊物。
