个人简介:
硕士生导师,食品科学与工程专业主任,福建省省级教学团队--基础化学实验教学成员。主要从事食品安全检测方向研究,承担多项科研项目,其中主持省级项目3项、横向课题2项、以及教学项目2项。在《Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry》、《Biosensors》、以及《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》等国内外期刊发表论文36篇,其中SCI论文13篇。培养硕士研究生共计6人,其中毕业4人,在读2人。
