高观祯副教授简介

高观祯,男,博士,副教授。毕业于日本九州大学,获生命机能科学农学博士学位。获得2022年度“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”,福建省高层次人才(C类人才)。曾参与国家重点研发专项(十三五)、国家“973计划”课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、省尖兵研发攻关计划、省自然科学基金等省部级以上科研项目十余项。主要研究方向为食品生物活性评价与天然食品来源微纳米颗粒研究,已发表30多篇SCI论文,获得授权专利4项,其中近五年以第一作者或通讯作者于发表十余篇SCI论文。
