周有彩,博士,福建技术师范学院食品与生物工程学院讲师。2022年12月毕业于福建师范大学生命科学学院,获理学博士学位。博士期间师从陈必链教授。研究方向为微生物发酵、淀粉结构解析与修饰、天然产物开发、环境微生物。相关研究成果在Bioresource Technology、
