周有彩,博士,福建技术师范学院食品与生物工程学院讲师,福建省高层次人才C类。研究方向为微生物发酵、淀粉结构解析与修饰、天然产物开发、应用微生物。相关研究成果在Bioresource Technology、Algal Research、Journal of Environmental Management、Industrial Crops and Products、生物工程学报、过程工程学报、食品发酵工业等期刊上发表论文20余篇。
